Central Payment Names Tim Witucki New Director of Merchant Relations
Bringing Call Center Infrastructure, Management Experience to Fast-Growing Transaction Processor
SAN RAFAEL, CA, JUNE 28, 2010 -- Central Payment (CPAY), a leading national credit, debit and gift card processor, today named Tim Witucki as director of merchant relations, it was announced by Zachary Hyman, the firm's Co-Managing Partner.
"Tim has the special skills required to develop and to manage our merchant relations infrastructure," Zachary Hyman said. "He has an extensive background in customer service, which is essential in our business, particularly as our growth continues to accelerate."
Witucki joins CPAY from Stryker Orthopedics where he was lead specialist in customer service after having held a similar position with Wells Fargo Bank. At CPAY, Witucki will oversee both the merchant support and retention departments.
"My experience as both a customer service specialist and as a member of field sales teams," he said, "provide me with thorough understanding of the needs of outside representatives and the requirements to fulfill them."
CPAY recently relocated to larger national headquarters in San Rafael and continues to add senior management. It recently also announced it had named John Hinkle as CFO/general counsel, a newly-created position.
